1. Business Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Silver Lake Ventures LLC, doing business as Elite Repair, located in Orlando/UCF, Florida ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Elite Repair provides mobile device repair services including but not limited to: iPhone screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, water damage repair, data recovery, iCloud activation lock removal, liquid glass screen protector application, and the sale of phone accessories. All services are performed by trained technicians.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By placing an order, booking a service, or making a payment through our website or in person, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for repair services.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for accessories or add-on products.
  • Cancellation of an appointment after payment does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Back-ordered items that have been paid for are non-refundable; we will fulfill the order when the part arrives.

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Silver Lake Ventures LLC management in exceptional circumstances only.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking/checkout via Stripe secure payment processing.
  • Student discounts (10%) are available with valid, current student ID verification. Fraudulent use of student discount will result in full charge and permanent ban from services.
  • Tips are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Service fees vary based on the service tier selected (Standard, Express, Premium).

5. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled at the time of booking and confirmed via email and SMS.
  • Customers must provide accurate location, contact information, and directions for service.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must ensure their device is backed up prior to any repair service. We are not responsible for data loss.
  • No-shows or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in forfeiture of the appointment without refund.

6. Back Orders

If a required part is not in stock at the time of order, the order will be placed on back order. Payment is collected at the time of order. We will notify you via email when the part arrives and schedule your service at the earliest convenience. Back-ordered items are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

  • All repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (post-repair), unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty is void if the device is opened or repaired by another party after our service.
  • Liquid glass screen protector application is non-warranted; however, damage coverage may apply per the manufacturer's terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVER LAKE VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such claim.

9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that mobile device repair carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of water resistance rating after device opening.
  • Potential data loss despite best efforts to preserve data.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that may occur during the repair process.
  • Third-party battery health messages on devices using non-Apple Genuine parts.
  • iCloud activation lock removal results may vary by device and carrier.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silver Lake Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that your use of our services caused damage to a third party.

11. Privacy & Data Collection

  • We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including name, email, phone number, location, and device information.
  • Student ID images are collected solely for discount verification purposes and stored securely.
  • We use analytics to track website visitors, including IP-based geolocation, referral sources, and browsing behavior.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Silver Lake Ventures LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Modifications

Silver Lake Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
